The First Steps
Intial Contact:
Please contact us via text or email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Our Intake Extraordinaire, Heather will return your message within 24/48 hours in most cases.
What's Next?:
Once we have scheduled an appointment, you will receive a link to the Client Portal. All the paperwork and uploaded information will need to be completed by your first scheduled session or you will need to reschedule. You will be asked to upload the front and back copy of your insurance card and credit card information. Your session copay and any fees will be automatically charged to the card on file at the time of visit. it is advised for you to call your insurance provider before meeting to understand how your particular insurance works and how much each session will cost you out of pocket.
Your First Visit:
This is an overall introduction to you and your current situation, a brief overview of background, and relevant life history and context. We will also discuss your desires and goals of the therapeutic process. This is also a time that you can ask any questions about the clinician, the clinician's credentials, and their history as a clinician.
Our office is located at 169 Grove Street Marysville. It is located in the long brick building that sits behind Pizza Hut on Grove Street. The actual office is located through the double glass doors off of Grove Street in Suite E across from the Anahata Mosaic Yoga Studio. There is a waiting room inside the WillowTree Suite. You are also welcome to wait in the entrance between WillowTree and the Yoga Studio
